Need Help with my W850i

I have a Sony Ericsson mobile W850i model, I've been facing many problems lately with it. I need to restore it to factory settings, but I don't want to lose my Contacts and My Inbox text messages. Any idea about a software that can download my Inbox or Contacts to my laptop or computer?

you should be able to do it through pc suit

Hi I have two of these phones

I don't understand why the PC suite doesn't help however the other way is to back up to the memory card then reinstate from that card when you have done the reset

I have done this so PM me if you need a talk through

mmmm i think u can use the Pc Suite that comes along with the fone in the box....

or u cud just download it from the net..
