Before taking any decesion u yourself come here on visit and see the cost and standard of living here in Qatar if u are educated then u can also try for the job and visa instead of waiting to sponcer your would be husband then your all problems will solve. Meanwhile check the formalities of immegration authorities to legalise both of your visas for staying together.

The salary will not at all be sufficient to run a family. The rental cost is too high in Doha. Even a sharing room for a couple will cost not less than QR.2500 per month. Moreover, he will not be able to get family visa with this salary level. The living cost also very high in Doha.

Your bf salary is inadequate for a couple to survive in Qatar, even if his hotel provide him accommodation. Should not think of a child with such a meagre salary.

In order to be eligible for a family VISA there is a minimum limit of Salary which is about 5000 Qr (approximate). Once he has a family VISA any child born will automatically be eligible for the RP.
