Could Doha be described as an attractive city or does it just resemble a dusty building site with no trees?

QATAR IS GOOD

When you are coming qatar you will get all warm welcome after that you cancel your visa then you get 5 year long ban, because they need to remove all trees and buildings because you see. after 5 years you come again warm welcome with new tree and new buildings.

ISO should take away the rights from these "dusty building site" creators and they should ban them forever. They work like armatures and its soo unprofessional. Doha has some sites, but no life... clubs r full of guys, the festivals have nothing but over priced sh*t.

doha as a place is a great city especially if all the building works is finished. with the people in doha, expats are good but local people (including qataris, qatari drivers & teenagers, NO Comment). i prefer not to meet them... =D

Like everyother country in the world Doha has its own charm. The local people add the element of mystery to it.

Charm and mystery always equal beauty.

Three cheers for Doha !!!

That depends upon how you are attracted to things.. My point is: If you are attracted to dusty air during summer, and clear cold atmospher during winter, then Doha would seem to be attractive to you; but if you are attracted to natures then Doha doesnt have it.

However, as a planner, the State of Qatar can transform Doha into a very attractive city. First, widen the roadways by constructing skyways; hanging railroads, etc.

And you know what, THE STATE OF QATAR MUST HOST at least once ANY BOXING CHALLENGES OF MANNY PACQUIAO OF THE PHILIPPINES, AND IM SURE, DOHA WILL ONCE BE KNOWN TO THE WHOLE WORLD TOO AS MANY PEOPLE ARA WATCHING THIS EVENT. Lol! cheers.. hehehehe!

Take a walk through the back streets of Doha and you'll see how "attractive" it is. Doha reminds me of a "Potemkin Village", to be honest. Beautiful fassade and nothing behind it.

I'm sure Doha will be beautiful ... when it's finished!
