HSBC keeps you awake whole night ! Damn with it.
I was receiving continuous SMS messages from HSBC last night promoting their credit card. I could not silence my mobile because I sometimes receive emergency calls. I could not call HSBC because they dont have their number listed anywhere. My mobile recieved atleast 15 messages from HSBC, and I spent the whole night cursing them. Are they morons to send promotional messages at night, that too 15 times ?
Yes I used to get so many from HSBC. But not any more.
HSBC knows well how to cheat her client who are not very expert in Investment knowledge. Thats why even being a status client i have closed relationship with HSBC.
Iam Status Account in HSBC i have recieved arond 8 SMS then i called 111 then they wuill tell you how to stop this spam sms and its just stop no more
i recived 5 of them after 2 AM
They have they do have the right to send you sms 24/7 informing you about YOUR TRANSCATIONS YOUR MONEY AND THEIR SERVICES.
When you go open account and request for sms service you do need to tell them i want to receive sms from this time till this time. if its bothering you alot simply call them and tell them to deactivate the service.
Its that simple
To end up all your complains and meceries..
"C H A N G E YOUR B A N K"..
As simple as that...
You must contact the Customer Service Department of the Bank and tell them in unambigous terms that the Bank has no right to infringe your freedom liesure and rest and they should immediately stop such unsolicited messages. If they do not stop, make a complaint to their Group Headquarters or Chairman of HSBC. Be bold to make representations and complaint for your rights.
Try replying with a text message with just the word STOP. This should stop the texts from this source. It works in the UK.
Good Night (eventually)
got nine (9) sms late night last night. terrilby disgusting! annoying!
just turn it off and then when i woke up this morning, i got 3 sms again regarding their promo...
You can prevent such msg
Check preference setting
Mr.DaRude, first of all, no one has the right to send un-solicited messages leave alone in middle of the night. Is this bank doing me a favor by sending junk messages in the middle of the night and you are suggesting me that it is I who should alter the times i want to receive messages from this bank ?
I got none :o(
Maybe it's because I'm a Status Customer ;o)
lol
Really funny
All banks are same
My husband also receievd 8 smsés between the hours of 11.30pm and 2am - perhaps if we all call and lodge complaints they might do something?
well its you who needs to prefer a time for getting sms from your bank. call the call center and change the timings i.e 7am-9pm
