For Qr18,000 you can get a good 4 bed villa on Tebah Gardens compound or a 3 bed slightly cheaper. The 4 bed villa's have there own small swimming pool. The compound has tennis courts, gym, shop and a huge compound pool with club house. Cesar Malayo is the person to contact +974-4657554

The luxury apartments you are talking about are mainly located in the West Bay Area, close to the Sea. The rent for a 3 bedroom, fully furnished, will be between 22,000 to 25,000. Of course it can be more, but you should be able to get something very decent for 22,000. However, I doubt it will have tennis courts since it's an apartment complex.

For such a price range, you are better off going for a villa (4 bedrooms) in a compound which will have all the space and facilities you want and it's the best choice for families here as there is little to do outside your compound.

Good luck.
