Lebanon offcourse and it surely depends on your life style also. If you can manage it then you can stay in almost any arab country even if its legally not allowed.

As side track to this conversation and reply to a stupid comment:

"Lebanon is a founding member of the Arab league and Arabic is the countries official language.

So any stupid Lebanese who thinks he is not Arab because he does not look like a Sudanese (Black) or a Moroccan (Brown) or a Syrian (Blond/Redheaded) is just unfortunately stupid and ignorant :)"

Rules are made after there is a problem. If the country is totally ignorant about the problems then there will be no rules regarding it.Hence, the more caring the country is the more rules are formed. You can decide which all countries care and which dont. You can check the news or look into arab country information sites. If you feel that arab country is careless then thats the place for the boyfriend and girlfriend to live together.

Your question reflects your ignorance...

Why does it have to be an Arab country?

Go to Thailand or Philipines and no one will care what you do with anyone and if your girlfriend drops out of the equation you probably wouldn't notice.

Heaven on Earth!

With all do respect to everyone . all arab countries do not allow live in partners some might just tolerate it.

You might wanna try another avenue of acting.

It is called Discretion. You come to a muslim

country, you know that the tolerance level for live in partners is low. You be discrete, you Do not flaunt it.

And you do not ask everybody around about wether it is acceptable.

And if she so impotant to you , you cannot live without her, TRY GETTING MARRIED TO HER OR HIM.
