Can we start a BAD POINT system?

We can collect points, but nobody really knows why they are there except from seeing if someone is an active QL member or not. Now Qatari has started this Question thing where he will award a price for the best answers. But I dont know if anybody has won yet. I think my answers are pretty good, but did not get a price....so I dont know what happened to that.
However when I read some of the comments I think they are either downright nasty, ignorant or plain stupid.
I think we should get Qatari to add a section where we can vote if a person falls in these categories and then we all know to avoid this person and hopefully this will then end these (as I call them) nasties.
Do any of you agree?
If this new rule will help to eliminate those nasty QL members, and for the members to think first before they write something.... why not?!

Answers are subjective and probably best way to judge have a majority vote. Lets be democratic
I think QBB has that too...
