Is it possible to produce chicken from the egg without the chicken having a roster?

I know its being done evry day! But how? Is there anything to be injected to the egg or something?

Of course the chicken needs a roster. It would not know when it has to work and produce eggs. lol

the egg is already been fertilized before it's laid by a hen. hehe.. the factory has a process to choose fertilized eggs.
