Cause I was born at 10:10
on 10:10: and arrow for second direct on 6 : they divide the circle on the same region,.. it make visually balance,.... : most comfortable way to perceipt things

its 10.10 coz the the one who discovered watch died at that time. so its to show the respect to him.
