I've been diagnosed with mild hypertension (no meds required). Also, been experiencing persistent headaches recently (and, I'm NOT prone to migraines). My GP reckons it's the BP. But I've read somewhere that this link is just a myth. Should I take her advice, or do I need to get a second opinion.
yes it cause headache.umy advise to u is once u have diagnos u should regularly check ur BP. and if u can control it with diet and excersice. it is very good becoz once u will start medicine u have to continue it for ever
