Hi all ,

Iam waiting for my work visa for the last 8 weeks . The documents were sent after labor approval in May .I spoke to the HR and they said they are expecting it to come from immigration any time . Hr was also sounding helpless saying that they dont know why the immigration is taking long once the documents have been approved by labor

Is there any one in the forum who has received the Visa recently ? Just wanted to know the kind of time lines that it took to get the visa ?

Is there any way by which Hr can speed up the process? or does it have anything to do with officials in immigration going on vacation?
