Private companies in Qatar are not revising enough on the salaries of the old employees and burdening them with more work as the business is booming and some co-worker are leaving,whereas the same time they are bringing new staffs with higer pay! Is it right ?
Well i too share your opinion . However realizing the fact that most our salaries depend not only on our needs and want and what our friends are earning working in other companies it would be noticed that the salary structure would greatly depend on how much is the companies turn over. If their profits are higher in that case the salaries paid to the employees could also be increased.
But knowing how companies especially privately owned companies work here . Most of the profits are shared amongst the top management and the lower staff does not get any part of the cut. So in that case i do feel that teh salary increase is needed .
