Anybody help me? please?

I`m a litle bit afraid of this.I will soon come in Qatar qith my family, and we will live here.I don`t know the politics of Qatar, I don`t know if it`s ok hanging up with boys.I don`t know if it`s ok smoking,I don`t know if it`s ok going out in the evening...can anybody tell me anything about these?...
