ADSL Connection
We applied for a ADSL line during May and we got a appointment on the 9th of June for connections but so far no body visited our house nor any calls and the worst part is we'll be going on a holiday at the end of this month. Does anybody knows to whome I should address this to?
I have made complains to Q tel customer service for several times but no favourable answers.
Please help
