In Qatar Guest Centre, They studies only how to read, write and little conversations.

That conversation is not in Qatari accent, its writing language.

Try Al Fanar (The mAsjid with a Twisted Minar). Their clases are two days per week.. sunday & tuesday for ladies, monday & wed for gents. timing : evening: 5-7 and 7-9. i dont know the morning timings.

they are teaching the language in detail and in an easy understandable way.

I suggest this will be ideal for you .. rest you can try others as mentioned bu other Qlers :-P

Enquire with Berlitz. They are very professional and international language teaching centre. A bit expensive (around 3000 QR for group-training).

They are located in D-ring road, after the Indian Cultural Centre.

You can go to Fannar they have free arabic classes. You can contact them at 4250163. Please PM me if you are going for a new batch. I joined and discontinued as the batch had already started long back. This class is absolutely free.

In QCPI they have only beginner level .Please go to the Qatar Languages institute under MOE. They are starting new batch right now.

Try "Qatar Guest Centre", they even teach Arabic with the local accent if you want 4861274.

Try also Marhaba magazine-there is a list of places where they teach Arabic.

Go to FANAR(Qatar Islamic Cultural Center), near the Souqs. they have free Arabic course for all people.
