never come down [applied to those rental prices] ...

I want someone to explain to me this, you are paying 6000 Q.R for rent and complain about nothing and let's say ... not happy with it but got no option ... what would made the landlord who is taking this amount come to u and say, it is ok now to pay 4000 Q.R ... You got my point? If nothing would be there to force them then it would never happen ... Let's just keep dreaming ... Hope is already dead ...

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. (Gautama Buddha)

Real Estate agents are to blame ....

Keeping flats empty to create a fake demand so people will opt to stay in expensive flats...

Govt must impose tax on empty flats#villas to tackle this menace...

Uncessary unwarranted hikes in rents still happens till date... although the laws forbid...

but there are still good house owners who still kept the price as it was like before.... GOD BLESS THESE PEOPLE WITH MORE MONEY AND FLATS :)

Rents will not come down unless government takes action on middlemen who are also the main reason of this misery.

Just answer any ad and you will come across one from Gods own country answering the phone.

He has neither a license to operate nor any property of his own , but greed...plenty.
