Weill Cornell Medical College

My wife has an interviw for a staff position at Weill Cornell Medical College in Doha. We looked on their website and they post salaries, however, we'd like to hear from a current employee or an employee familiar with that college to know if

1) they pay a foreign premium on top of their posted salaries
2)if they provide free or discounted housing for their employees and
3) what is the length of their contracts and are they renewable
