Movenpick West Bay or Grand Regency

hi....

which is a bettr hotel to host a party.
Movenpick at West bay or Grand regency at Al Sadd..

Has any1 tried the food or have conduted parties at any of these hotels.
The charge is 130 riyal /person in both these hotels.
is it ok?????or xpensive?
which has better name Moven pick or Grand regency...

Do note that the GR in Al Sadd is alcohol free...if that is a consideration.

Food is good at GR I only know the old Movenpick and I think the food is excellent there.
