Upon having powercut , i called Kahramaa customer support line 991. I was put on Hold for 25 minutes and left to hear ,lines like " Put your temp at 25 Deg C ,save power.Do not use heater in summer and so on....
Finally someone came online after 25 minutes and advised a technician would be on the way. After 4 hours someone turned up to rectify the fault .

That KAHRAMAA Customer service at it BEST ...............

Any Comments ?????????????

Dependable, there is nothing wrong in saying so. But is that the solution to the problem or is that the right approach to the solution? If one is a citizen what should he do? Live without electricity?

LOL the other night I had a power cut.... called the

'emergency number' for 40minutes! all the info you say then engaged tone!

At one in the morning I went round to a friend's house to sleep!

LOL - but if I were dealing with kids or a sick person It would have been a very upsetting experience!
