What do you do in a work environment where everyone else has something negative to say about another person and yet when they are face to face they appear to have a good time together? Does it boggle your mind as much as it does mine?
i hate those peeps!!! they sucks so i dont communicate with most of my co-worker i just did my job with confidence and to the best i could so if theres a problem im ready to face them all!!!

to know them better, keeping a distance won't give you the chance to know them better. Just limit your trust and don't give all the same level, put in mind that the ones who can talk with you about the others and give opinions about them while they are not there can do the same with you.

this is the nature of work her especially in the corporate field ... everyone is looking for someone to blame. I asked a friend 3 years ago how is work? He told me nothing ... If you are not creating trouble for others, they would be creating those for you ...

oh mam sometimes we give up in offices so we come to QL to feell lil relax coz the mangaers are bad so much work work work ehhhhhhhhhhhhh nobody beat you cool girl
its like a coin infront is nice so much and behind are snake , the main point is why they should do that while all of us knows thats no one can get more then wut our great god said ??????????
thats the best way to handle them, cuz those kinda people will find a way to twist everything u say and use it against u!!! to many good people in this world to spend time worrying about two face people,
We have had two of these in our department recently, one being removed almost immediately after a complaint was officially raised. However, one still remains, and still tries but since the supporter has disappeared their position has been weakend immensley and is blocked by most of the staff. On the other hand, there are always politicians in every office some just stronger than others and because they don't like themselves they don't like others either.
Anywhere in the world, whatever race or nationality,this kind of attitudes never leave the society. The fact that its always a part of the society.
Well, the only advise I could say is that, as an individual you should know how to play along with this kind of people. Always think that being frank or honest to yourself sometimes lead you to a wrong path.

I know! isn't it pathetic that people are learning and mastering the skills of being 2-faced? One minute she talks so bad about someone and the next she's like best friends with them. It seems that honesty is seen as a liability in these cases. That is just too sad!

And second, in a place which gives you a mixed bag of feelings, girl I would suggest, try and be yourself, keep it plain and simple, and dont get too overly attached and friendly with anyone unless you know them, cos people act differently amongst others, and a lot of backstabbing can go around and hit you badly...
So be yourself, and maintain a distance from people at work and try not to trust everyone with the good heart that you have ...

we don't have this problem.. most of our staff are qataris, and they are very nice and friendly..
