Women working in Qatar

Hi everyone!
I just found out yesterday that my husband and I may well be relocating to Qatar with his work. I'm teaching English in Paris at the moment and I previously worked for an airline as cabin crew. My question is how easy it is for women to work in Qatar? Do you need a working permit? Would be grateful for some advise from you experienced people :-) Have a good day! Annabanana

There are 2 french schools here plus some Lebanese schools where you as a french person might feel at home. Or if you are a french language teacher the world is your oyster as many schools might be looking for french teachers.Check the school database for contacts.

Don't worry, I'm sure you will find alot of schools here and you still can work ,

MY ADVICE TO YOU IS: Start to send your resume to Schools here in Qatar, they have many schools and you may lucky they have a shortage in this field so, you have a good opportunity just search for schools in qatar send your resume by fax or by email and you gonna get an answer very soon because hiring season starts on July

Good Luck
