Good advice! Plus the 2 babies will probably keep me busy, but it's nice to get out and do something for yourself like working and talking to adults once in a while! It probably is best to get over there and check it out as I have no idea what it's like and how different it might be to over here. :)
No, I don't think that would get you very far! Why don't you come over, take some time to get a feel of the place and then see what you can find? Perhaps something in the security field?
Hey diamondgirl - police would be great, although I speak no arabic except counting from 1 to 10 as taught by Egyptian friends......guess that won't get me far!:)
i've never done teaching before - do you have to have formal quals over there to teach? My Science degree was a long time ago - 1999. i've been with the police since, although that has also been a lot of study (mostly to do with Australian Law and obviously policing procedures etc) I'd be more suited to this I think. But what ever you can send me would be great. I'd have to get started on a CV! :)
Well, I'm a coppa in Australia, but I'm guessing that's out of the question. Apart from that I have a Science degree (Ecology/Biodiversity) but I don't think that will be useful to me either....maybe housewife is the go.....Aussie gal

There are many women in the police force in Qatar. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is a pre-requisite for applying.
