I applied for ADSL connection & land line, I got the appointment on 31st, the technician came on 31st of March and connect the ADSL+tel. but there was no dial tone.
The tech. told me that it will be activated today or tomorrow, the system is down now..
I waited for one and called the call centre, to info. that my line was not working.. I called the customer care 4 times. On 14th April i got a bill on monthly rental charges & instillation charges with out any connection ?? I called the customer care they said that your connection is active from 31st ??.
At last on 17th, after 18 days I got the connection.

I just upgraded to the 1Mbps ADSL package, NOT IMPRESSED, downloads not going any higher than 70KBps that's like 0.546875 Mega Bits..
blah. nothing we can do if they monopolize every single thing here in Qatar..
