logged in thru msn and opened my email, it worked

I have been having the same problem the whole day......weird why hotmail is not working but msn is working.......hmmmmmm
i had a problem earlier on, but back to normal now.
One of my frnd told, the word 'hot'mail is the problm.
Wn qtel blocks porn sites thts also include the word hot.
Bcoz of tht it came like thtt....
