Qatar is good for a job opportunity. But make sure that they will provide you a good accomodation as well as your transportation because you may found  difficulty if you do not have your own car. Then you should have a minumumn basic salary of QR. 10,000  not including other miscellaneuos expenses. Good luck!!! Hope to see you here in Doha.

Do you already have an offer? There are other things you need to consider besides just salary-- accomodation, health insurance, paid leave, school tuition if you have kids, etc--

What other benefits will your employer be providing that will make it worth leaving your life in the US...

Khaye let me ask u a question, what kind of life r u looking for?, if u want fun entertainment and an exciting life Doha is not the place. But if u want a quite life, something u can spend with ur wife and kids in a peaceful place, Qatar is the right one.

Secondly, u will get a good salary, I am not sure how much but it should be above 20,000 riyals approx. 5000 dollars us per month.

Third, yes u can definetly build ur future here.
