updated bus routes?

Does anyone have an updated map (if there were any changes made in the past 2 yrs) of the Karwa bus routes?

Recently moved to the outskirts of Doha (after many years in Al Sadd), and my dad uses the car all day, so I'm feeling pretty cut-off at the moment. I think I need to learn how to ride the bus. :>
