call sealine beach and resort and you can make booking from MERWAB hotel which is in al sadd area.

I have heard mixed reviews on Sealine - mostly not so good. It's a bit out-dated. The Al Khor resort looks much nicer. http://alsultanbeachresort.com/index.html
