The third generation!!

Hello!!

i want some help here!!

i want to buy a cell phone from japan(its hello kitty 815T toshiba) and i wanna know if it will work in qatar??i know nothing about mobile and the third generation thingy!!

and if the phone come in japanese ans english can i install arabic??

please help me!!

Forget it, Japan do not use the GSM system, they use a WCDMA system which is not compatible with the rest of the World

languages come pre installed.. if it doesnt come in arabic, u wont be able to install arabic on it..

just look into the features of the cell phone, if it supports high frequency GSM, 1800 MHZ it shld work in here.

Hey try ebay, they deliver stuff here... Well donno how toshibas work, but if has symbian, i think its possible to install arabic on it.
