I need to ask that after the "LAJNA" approval of Transfer SponsorShip if my previous visa type was Family Residence then what should be next step i born here in doha so i have RP ... Only changing Sponsor from one place to another what will be next step

LAJNA APPROVAL -> MEdical -> IQAMA Of new Sponsor

"So please check either these discussed steps are wrong or right if wrong please do it in a right manner"

djkiller...

Medical & CID is compulsory in anycase !! Regarding education certificate if it is issued from local institute then you need for attestaion ... foreign countries I don't think they require any attestation since in my case they did not ask !

Better to double check with HR/Admin. dept or with company's PRO.

dnt forget to certify your educational certificates from your embassy and then from foreign ministry of QATAR..and i think no need of medical if you are born here and for CID clearance you need finger printing what they call it (BASMA) in arabic.
