There is a huge white building coming up in the corner of Muntaza Traffic light. I heard it would be the new mall that going to be call 'Titanic Mall'.
there is no hospital there darude(in my previous post).its a mix of movie theatres ,hotel, shopping complexes plus apartments for rent.is being built by the taleb group of companies.

what i was saying was that that project has still remained on paper for last 3-4 years and only now have they got their heads around to getting an approval for it.
so i would estimate another couple of years before anything materialises.(knowing the calibre of that particular management).
and how much time do you think they need to build the hospital?? you say you hear about it for 3 years.. but only the Design and schematic Stages take about 2 years to complete... so "putting actually the bricks" is the last stage of the construction.. all the PRE-construction stages take much more time then actually putting the walls...
I heard from Appollo Clinic that they got the approval to build a multi story hospital ... there is a huge empty land on the opposite road of the clinic !
i thought its name is paradise. i called them last year they told me that its luxuary appartement and its start for 14000 QR for the smallest one. i dunno maybe they changed their mind :S
so guys i can let you park beside my house... of course if i am still there by the time the Mall will be ready... i became so mobile in Doha... you never know when and where i will move to next time...

it is going to be a mixture of a hotel, shopping complex movie theatres plus some apartments for rent.
the owner is a friend of mine.
and they are way behind schedule already.
