Need Help for ADSL Wireless Modem !!

I have a Linksys Wireless-G ADSL Gateway modem (Model - WAG54G) .... I lost the original software CD and I am not able to find any website from where I can download the software for free.
Anyone knows the website address from where I can download Linksys (WAG54G) for free ? or if you have original CD for this would be great.
Or if someone can guide me how to setup ADSL wireless modem with my laptop without software !!
I am using win XP professional 2002.

You have to connect an ethernet cable from one of the four port of your router and the other end connected to your pc, the Qtel line should be connected to your router on the port labeled line, the router and your laptop or pc should be switched off before connecting the cable and laptop; after connecting all the reqluired cables, you can now switch on your router and laptop. Then open your web browser, Enter http://
192.168.1.1 in the web browser’s Address field. Press the Enter key.An Enter Network Password window, will appear,Enter admin in lowercase letters in the User Name field, and enter admin in lowercase letters in the Password field (admin is the default user name and password.) Then, click the OK button. Hope you have the details for the VPI and VCI, encapsulation type and other details from Qtel. Hope this is of help to you.

You don't need to have the software program you can access the router thru the web page just type on your internet browser's address bar the default gateway of your router usually the default is 192.168.1.1...also try this link http://support.easystreet.com/lan/Linksys/index.html

Right, well I don't want to sound like a geek, but here goes...
hold in the resit button on the router whilst it is on for 10 secs.
Then, connect it to your PC, start internet explorer and type in either
"192.168.1.1" or "192.168.0.1"
into the address bar.
Presto, it will ask you for a username and password.
Username is "admin" and password is either nothing, i.e. blank or
"password" or "admin"
Once you're in, you can change the settings!
Please try this link http://www.cisecurity.org/tools2/wireless/CIS_Wireless_Addendum_Linksys.pdf hope this site will help you...

Why do you wanna use a s/w CD for?
If its for configuring the router.. you can do that without the CD...
