What do you tend to worry about most?

FS, i m the kindda person who always take un-necessary tensions and worries..And yes its really applicable to my life that almost half of which i think never ever happens to me..But i m like that, what to do??

i am only worrying my menupausal stage...

I know worrying doesn't change anything, but I just can't help it...its in my nature. Having said that, I don't JUST sit around and worry. I analyse the situation, make plans for the future, prepare contingency plans, etc... I try and be proactive about what life may throw in our direction.
