One day an arab travelled to America, it was his first time and he didnt know much about the rules since his background was arabic. So he was driving around looking for a mall. When he got to the mall, he was looking for a parking spot. While trying to find a parking, he saw a traffic police and asked him:

Sir can I bark here.

The cop responded you can bark wherever you want America is a free country
