Engage them in conversation as the bag goes through. It sometimes works as they look at you as you are talking.

At one time they searched all suitcases as you exited customs.

Then they got the x-ray machine and anything "suspicious" was marked with a cross in chalk at the location of the item in the suitcase.

Customs always checked for the chalk mark.

By carrying the suitcase rather than having a trolley, you could wipe the cross off on your clothing as you carried it.

This was noticed and they employed a guy specifically looking for passengers doing that.

They then introduced the sticky labels that cannot be easily removed and break up if you try.

I assume they are still using those

On March 4th I had a 1 Litre Stolchinaya vodkha on my bag.

I bought it from the dutyfree at my hometown...

No one asked me anything when I arrived here..

If there is a rule like that , They should have seized the bottle right ?

There has never been Alcohol in the Duty Free from its inception. I wonder how you bought it at the arrival Duty Free of Doha Airport????????

May be you bought it at the departures of some airport and passed through the Scan machine without being stopped....

The rule has not changed. That is why there is no duty free into alcohol into Doha. You can try to bring it in, but they will take it from you when you land and can pick it up when you leave!
