Traning dogs/ service dog/dog trainers

Hi,

can anyone help me. I have a Golden Retriever 8months really responsive to training but I have an illness which makes consistancy difficult at times as I have constant dislocations of arms ankles etc.

I really want to try and train him as close as possible as a service dog mainly retrieving things like phone medicine etc when I can't walk which happens quite often and to alert people when I need help.

I would really love to find someone in Doha who can help on an ongoing basis otherwise think I'm going to have to fly someone out from the UK.
