Buying thick winter clothing in qatar

I need to buy thick clothing like jacket for outdoor very cold climate (around -2 Celcius). I need to for a vacation to northern Europe. I have many jumpers to wear inner but neeed an outer jacket. I will only use it once - dont need amazing quality. Does anyone know which shops i can get a suitable jacket from, not too much (other than sun and sand)

in City Center 3rd level has Columbia (very good brand) thick down jackets. Also has ski pants!!! believe it or not.
