Why is there a lot of staff turn over in many of the colleges in Qatar Foundation ?
There is lots of new jobs opening and people sign contracts for varying amount of years (usually 1 to 3) but not a high turnover. At our University they sometimes fill the vacancies with folks who they bring over temporarily for 6 months or so until they get the full-time position filled. But, turnover has not been an issue...at least not from where my husband works or from what I can see from all the folks that live in the compound.
