HELP Q'tel post paid GSM
Can anyone help?
I lost my mobile and Q'tel were quick to stop the post paid SIM when requested.
I was issued a new SIM yesterday with the same GSM number- Great what service!
Problem: I have called Q'tel 8 times now to try to get the new card activated. Each time a different story- it will be in 30 mins, it will be in 2 hrs, take the SIM out for 10 mins and replace and it will work, there's a problem with your SIM I'll raise a complaint, It takes 24 hrs to activate, go to the branch you took it from to resolve it etc etc etc etc.
Come on Q'tel! This is 2008. Why can this be so diificult? Saudi telecom did the same for my colleague in 2 hours. So far having the SIM in my possession for 24hrs and it is not connected.
VODAPHONE CANNOT COME TO QATAR FAST ENOUGH WITH SOME COMPETITON TO THIS APPALLING RESPONSE
Just wait for few more days, vodafone is knocking the doors and is around the corner, you will see the changes soon.
It was the same story with BSNL in India a few years ago, but soon after the competition came in, they had to change themselves.
Qtel are good ar robbing
not that good at customer satisfaction.
took them 2 days to activate my sim.
took them 3days to activate gprs
but never took them time to send me bill or disconnect my line.
