disruptive slow connections on online games

anyone having problems playing online games nowadays? i noticed im having frequent lag & disconnections while playing online on ps3. anyone having same problem? i heard there was sum fuzz in under water thingy sumwer which kinda included our internet.. think they have sumthin to do with ours??

my computer has a lag(latency or ping)of 300-400 from the first day i installed it.qtel is blocking something i think.but yeah some cable lines were hit under water(another reason)what can we do about it??(call qtel)
