One week end we had been to the exhibition centre, i was interested in getting a vanity bag ... we stopped at counter R26 (i memorized it ....)the salesman wasnt interested in showing the bags to us .. still i managed to select a piece and i asked him to just take it down from the hanger and show it to me .. just to feel the stuff and see the inner pockets and check out the quality of zips .. and that man said " u pay and i will take it out" .. i said "y shud i pay first lemme have a look first .. nobody pays for having the feel of it .. if i like it i will buy " ... he said get away in an arrogant tone ... his behavior drived me crazy and i screamed at him back ... wonder how salesman tend to behave so impatiently .. they just need qatari customers i beleive ... i donno anyways it was either malayasian or chinese counter ... his looks portrays dat ...I felt i shud just post my feeling ... did anyone any such experience around .. jus cos u r an expat or may b indian ...

At one of the stalls, my son was playing with the mannequin's hands... absolutely harmless and the guy there shouted at me something crazy... very rude

I saw one guy who was chinese and he was screaming his head off at a Qatari lady and the lady was giving it back. I think the exhibitors are just tired... its pretty chaotic out there... the exhibitors are under stress from morning to evening... and imagine the other stress they would have had of travelling to many cities and setting up a stall and all that stuff... maybe it just got to him... But overall I agree with you... I found the people at the stalls rude as well.

btw... my son is just one and half...
