How much time from medical to residency permit (usually)?

Hello, I just did my medical today, after waiting 77 days as a "tourist" in Qatar. The residency permit application was delayed because of a hiccup with the work visa.
How much time does it usually take to get the residency permit, once you have completed the medical test?
Thanks qatarisun - but I haven't been called to do the fingerprinting yet. Today I received the bunch of papers for residence permit to be signed and stamped by the sponsor tomorrow. 2-3 days sounds good, but I guess more time will be required to complete fingerprinting and the ID card...?
..it takes only 2-3 days, as soon as the result is ready...
but again, it's up to your comapny's PRO...if he will bother to finalize things as fast or not...

This is what I've heard also, between 3 and 4 weeks. Thank you for your input.
In the Company I work for, they get you a RP in 3-4 weeks after arriving in Qatar. Fingerprint and Medical is normally done in the first week.
