I had applied for an ADSL line on the 2nd. of Jan 08. I have still not got any feedbadk on the same. I have called up 115 sevral times & as usual they say you will get an appointment in 2 days. Can anybody Please advice how I can get things moving on this issue. thank you.
I read on Q Tel's website that they are focused to provide land line and internet service with excellent quality second to none...um...second to none? What kind of insult to our intelligence is that?? First there IS no one else, second of all, I have applied for a land line and ADSL a month back and so far, no technician hs come to my house, even though I was given an appointment, and the reason...get this...because I was unable to provide a telephone number closest to my house, well excuse me but my neighbour doesnt want to give me his number, so why am I being penalized??? What kind of pathetic excuse for a telecommunications company ois this?? I gave them ALL other information, and yet they still insist they cannot do anything?? Seriously the telecommunications industry in Qatar is seriously lacking, and does not in any way reflect the so called ADVANCED state they advertise it to be...we can contact a sattelite orbiting Mars, but Q Tel still can't install land lines and ADSL....*clap...congratulations Q Tel....thank you for your excellent service second to none...NOT!!!!
There is nothing much u can do. Only Wait. The Delay is becoz of the rain and lack of staff. This is what i heard from a friend of mine working in QTEL.
