What would be our option/s?

Previously I have posted our problems with our employer. They paid paid our salaries last month with delayed of 10days, not to mention the delays the other months. As of this writing, the date as to when our salaries for the month of December 2007 and accommodation rental (due last jan 1 - no advance deposits) will be given is a big question mark.

Do we have any other options like reporting to Qatar government institution the said default in paying our salaries? Our company is managed by non-Qataris but the business is under the name/sponsor of a prominent/ruling family member.

I guess that our sponsor has no knowledge about this. This is a disgrace on his name that's why I opt not to mention the company.

Please give us advice as to what actions to take about our employer's default. Thank you.
