Wife pregnant - PPd test positive

My wife is pregnant and therefore has had a ppd test fot tb instead of an xray for the medical for Residency.

If the PPD test is positie will they reject the visa or would they refer her further to some doctor.Can someone help who has been in the same situation. She is a housewife , will they still reject the visa.

Pls do help desperate situation here.

What's a PPD test? It shouldn't matter whether a X-ray test or a PPD test is used to detect TB. If they are -ve for TB, she should be OK. Pregnancy of a spouse is not grounds for visa refusal. Pregnancy for a housemaid or other kinds of workers is grounds for visa refusal.
