you can not get marriage till you have one of your family in doha like your father or mother or brother .

Somehow I cannot visualise people coming to Qatar to get married although I could be wrong. They say there is one born every day.

No problems at all as long as the husband is a male and the wife is a female ...:)!!!...You can marry at the Shariah court and then officially register it with the embassy....

....You can't mean what you say unless you can say what you mean...

Your question does not say anything about your present status and there is a lot of paper work involved if you are getting married anywhere outside of your own country. You have to check with your embassy to find out what you may need from them.
