Private Company Salary Comparison

Hi am working as a Marketing executive in a private firm. I am drawing a salary of Qrs.5000basic + 2500housing+ 1500 Transportation, with a family status. Anybody can compare this salary with other private firms. Is it is ok compared to others. Or if i try for another job is any chances in other firms for better opportunities.

agree with the comments, in common everyone is looking for a better salary,better life. so if you are comfortable with what you earn-let it be! dont compare your employer with others. and if you are unhappy try searching for other companies/countries.it is a real comparison-by applying to different companies and watch what they offer to you for the job you do! very simple..be happy......

You cannot compare!
its almost impossible to make a comparison... It depends on what industry you are in, what educational qualifications you have, how much experience you have, what nationality etc. etc. etc.
