No entry on passport

Hi
I have this question. The visa issued to me by a company is valid for 2 yrs, but only stamped for 1 year.I have signed a contract of 2 yrs with the company.Now what i wnt to know is, if say i decide to quit after 1 year of service during my annual vacation, ie if i leave qatar during the validity of 1 year stamped on my passport anddont come back after my vacation, can the company make a no entry for my passport? If so when can i reenter qatar, will i be able to go to other GCC countries? Can some1 explain to me the rules concerniong this? Thanks in advance.
