I have same problem - just bought the HTC Touch and can not access Internet - spoke to QTel's ever helpful staff (^..^) who said that settings not yet available - and to contact the phone supplier!!! I asked for the iMate settings as this just a development and they said that they would not work.
Maybe try a HTC forum??

the setting to access net through pocket pc is same for HTC and Imate as both of them are using windows mobile ..
try the same settings as Imate ..it will work ..i have tried it ..
