Advice required, to get job in petrochecmical companies.

Hi,
I am a mechincal Engineer having B.SC Marine Degree with almost eight years of experince on merchant Ships and Oil Tankers. Now I am thinking to move Qatar, I need your expert advice, how can I apply in QP or any other Petrochecmical industry and what would be the right way to apply and get interviewed.
