as you said even without no objection from the previous sponsor still by wasta you can enter the country with a new sponsorship. if so, tell me how do we get this wasta and from where? you may pm me or call me on 6240898

I AM WORKING FOR A SEMI GOVERNMENT COMPANY. I WAS DOING MY MBA HERE. NOW I HAVE BEEN TERMINATED DUE TO SOME ISSUES. ALTHOUGH PROCECUTION HAS CLEARED ME OF ANY WRONG DOING. COMPANY IS CANCELLING MY VISA WITHOUT GIVING ME NOC. I HAVE TO COME BACK AND CONTINUE MY STUDIES AND WOULD LIKE TO START MY OWN BUSINESS AS WELL. ADVISE ME PLEASE.

IS INVESTMENT VISA HAS ANY EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE

Exit permit is not NOC.

Unless you have NOC you cant get a new sponsor for two years unless there is wasta

Wonderful GUYS

I appriciate your all comments but one thing is not clear

I HAVE THE EXIT PERMIT, I HAVE COME HOME ON EXIT.

I was told if any one is still under sponsership he got to come back after two years, if he cancelled the sponsership and come back he can return after six month time, So can I come Qatar after Six Month

qatarisun what you are saying is the way the rule is being implemented.

YOu will have to get NOC from your sponsor. If you have left the country with your work visa cancelled and with NOC even if you have worked for less than a year, you will get a new work visa.

Otherwise it is two years as Darude said.

some of my friends worked in qatar even less then 1 year, then found a better job, got a NOC letter from their sponsors, cancelled their Work Visa, came back to qatar right away (after spending 3-4 nice days in Dubai) and joined the new company. I suspect it also might depend on the nationality.. may be for some nationalities it's a bit harder than to other.. but this is a general procedure...

Good Morning,

there have been many changes to the application of leaving one company in Doha - leaving the country and coming back on a visit visa/visas/RP's etc. or whatever chance you want to take.

Your best bet is to go through the Ministry of Interior and check there as I have also heard that there are new changes coming in regards

of sponsorship.

All QL will try and help you, however, many of us have different experiences which may not apply to your case, and before you come to Qatar and are disappointed I think to ask official advice would be more to your advantage.

Some changes are there. But its in a cloud. Those with Professional qualifications can come back to Qatar without a NOC.Its not clear but I heard that lot of Engineeers came back in Qatar with out a NOC.We need to get clarification from somewhere.

you have to get a NOC letter from your previous sponsor. Then you can find other compnay who will sponsor you, and you will go through the same procedure with getting your new RP. Nothing extraordinary. All you need is NOC letter and new job.

I think u can come on a new Visa anytime if u have an NOC/Release letter from ur previous sponsor. U can re-enter on the sameday with a new Visa provided that, u have an NOC/Release letter from ur previous sponsor. It is heard that, once someone exit without NOC, he/she can re-enter after 6 months. But i don't think that law is in force.
